Lind’s production is based in Bromma, where the team maintains a strong focus on quality, hands-on assembly and technical innovation. The role This is a varied role where you will combine electronic and mechanical assembly with troubleshooting, problem-solving and technical support for your colleagues in production. You will be an important part of the production team, working with the assembly and testing of electrical, electronic and mechanical components in LIND's high-tech products. The work takes place in a production environment with high quality standards, where every detail matters to the final product. Your responsibilities will include: Assembling wiring, connectors and electrical components Performing basic testing and functional checks Reading and following electrical diagrams, instructions and assembly drawings Troubleshooting and resolving deviations when needed Supporting colleagues in production with technical questions and problems Contributing to continuous improvements of processes and quality Working closely with production, engineering and quality teams As LIND is a smaller company, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility, influence how things are done and contribute to the continued development of the business.
