Our GLP\\-certified bioanalytical laboratory in Fehraltorf plays a key role in preclinical and clinical drug development by delivering high\\-quality bioanalytical data that advances life\\-changing therapies. To strengthen our bioanalytical laboratory in the Ligand Binding Service Team in Fehraltorf / Zurich, we are looking for an \*\*(Associate) Scientist (100%)\*\* This is a dual\\-level posting. The hiring team will determine the final level and title of the role based on the skills, experience, and capabilities required for the level offered. Main responsibilities \* Develop and validate ligand\\-binding and, depending on experience, cell\\-based assays to support bioanalysis (pharmacokinetics, biomarkers, immunogenicity assessment) for preclinical and clinical studies. At the Associated Scientist level, support regulated sample analysis \* Design, execute and interpret experiments and document work according to Celerion's standards \* Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during assay development and validation. \* At the Scientist level, contribute to assay development strategies and implement new technologies \* Maintain GxP compliance in accordance with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines ( EMA, FDA, ICH) \* Engage effectively with internal stakeholders.
