Lead Unity Developer — Remote, Live Ops & Cloud Multiplayer

Magic Media is seeking a lead Unity game developer to join our client’s project as a senior engineer responsible for guiding a development team. You will own architecture and SDK integration, plan updates with the producer, set up pipelines and telemetry, and mentor peers. You will take over day-to-day engineering delivery of a cloud-streamed party game, collaborate with Helsinki-based teams, and help shape the post-launch roadmap including asynchronous multiplayer and live ops.
