To qualify for this position at the FV-J level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I, FG/GS-13. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is: Technical experience involving operation, installation or establishment of NAS components, facilities or systems. Project management experience in NAS related programs on projects involving acquisition, deployment, sustainment, and improvement of facilities. Experience in aviation technical knowledge gained through experience in the design, development, deployment, or performance evaluation of systems or facilities that support the NAS.
