As a Team Leader Event Sales, you and your team are responsible for our Convention Center bookings and, to some extent, room reservations as well. Our Commercial Manager is looking for a right-hand person, a driven Team Leader who inspires, supports, and helps the team grow. In this role, you and your team will ensure that our Convention Centre; 1,300 m² of meeting space spread across 20 rooms, and our 610 hotel rooms are filled with satisfied guests and successful events. What will you do? The team forms the back office of our sales department and handles all incoming individual and group reservations. They ensure that every MICE request (meetings and events from 2 to 450 people, including related room bookings) is managed with excellent service. The MICE segment plays a key role in our hotel. We provide our clients with essential information, prepare quotations, process booking data, acquire new and existing clients, and ensure a smooth handover to the operational departments within the hotel (from the Kitchen to the Front Office). As Team Leader Event Sales, you are the main point of contact within the department. You support your colleagues in their daily activities, keep an overview, and ensure e
