Customer Onboarding Associate

Based out of their Sale office 4 days per week during probabation and then hybrid 3/2. Responsibilities include: Manging inbound requests from internal teams such as Sales, Account Managers and Broker Support, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and service level agreements.
