HR Assistant

The Human Resources Assistant works as part of a three-person HR team at the Embassy, providing essential administrative support to a wide range of HR functions, supporting both Locally Employed Staff and American personnel. Responsibilities include processing personnel actions, preparing employment certificates, serving as the main point of contact with Försäkringskassan regarding long-term sick leave, coordinating the employee awards program, and supporting diplomatic accreditation and other A
