<p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Society 18 is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Associate of Events, Social &amp; Influencer Marketing to support the agency's creator partnerships, experiential marketing initiatives, social media presence, and day-to-day operations.</p><p><br></p><p>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing ideas to life, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about influencer marketing, social media, events, and creator culture. The Associate will work cross-functionally across events, social media, talent, partnerships, and operations while helping execute high-impact campaigns and experiences for creators and brand partners.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Social Media Marketing &amp; Content Creation</strong></p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day content planning for Society 18's Instagram and LinkedIn channels.</li><li>Develop monthly content calendars aligned with agency campaigns, partnerships, creator announcements, and events.</li><li>Write engaging social media copy, captions, and assist with music selection for short-form content.</li><li>Design graphics in Canva, including creator announcements, milestone graphics, birthday posts, event promotions, partnership assets, and press announcements.</li><li>Film and edit Instagram Reels, creator spotlights, event recap videos, and partnership content using CapCut.</li><li>Maintain Instagram feed planning and overall visual consistency.</li><li>Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.</li><li>Publish Instagram Stories daily.</li><li>Engage with creators, brand partners, and community members through comments and direct messages.</li><li>Maintain creator posting trackers to ensure balanced representation across agency channels.</li><li>Develop quarterly newsletters and email marketing campaigns in Flodesk.</li><li>Create LinkedIn content highlighting agency partnerships, company milestones, leadership updates, and industry news.</li><li>Build and maintain creator pages on the Society 18 website.</li><li>Update creator biographies, follower counts, categories, and roster information as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Event Production &amp; Experiential Marketing</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with planning and executing creator dinners, networking mixers, brand activations, gifting experiences, industry events, and experiential campaigns from concept through post-event reporting.</li><li>Develop and maintain event production documents, including run-of-show schedules, timelines, itineraries, outreach trackers, and production checklists.</li><li>Research, source, and coordinate event venues, restaurants, and vendor partners.</li><li>Build and maintain agency venues and preferred vendor databases.</li><li>Coordinate pricing, proposals, availability, contracts, and logistics with vendors.</li><li>Support sponsorship outreach and assist in preparing partnership proposals and presentations.</li><li>Manage creator invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, and attendee communications using CreatorIQ, Partiful, Airtable, and Google Sheets.</li><li>Coordinate gifting logistics, product shipments, and vendor deliveries for events.</li><li>Prepare Independent Contractor Agreements (ICAs), NDAs, vendor agreements, and supporting documentation.</li><li>Organize event assets, contracts, invoices, presentations, production documents, and creative files in Dropbox.</li><li>Provide on-site event support, including setup, vendor management, guest check-in, production coordination, and event breakdown.</li><li>Capture behind-the-scenes photo and video content for real-time social media coverage.</li><li>Create post-event recap presentations in Canva and track creator coverage using Archive.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Influencer Marketing &amp; Brand Partnerships</strong></p><ul><li>Pitch creators for brand activations, networking events, creator trips, fashion weeks, festivals, and industry experiences, including ESSENCE Festival, New York Fashion Week, Coachella, and other cultural moments.</li><li>Support creator onboarding by updating internal databases, website profiles, onboarding materials, and social media assets.</li><li>Assist with proactive creator pitching for paid brand partnerships.</li><li>Support talent scouting initiatives and maintain the agency's talent scouting database.</li><li>Research new creators, emerging trends, and partnership opportunities.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Executive &amp; Administrative Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate meetings, calendars, and scheduling with creators, brands, vendors, and internal team members.</li><li>Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and distribute follow-up action items.</li><li>Maintain internal databases, presentations, production trackers, reporting dashboards, and operational documents.</li><li>Research and source brand contac
