This role sits at the center of the organization—supporting leadership and multiple teams—ensuring information is accurate, organized, and flowing seamlessly across the company.</span></p><p><span>If you thrive on structure, love building systems, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p><p><strong>Executive &amp; Administrative Support</strong></p><p><span>●&nbsp; </span><span>Manage calendars for senior leadership</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; </span><span>Support meeting preparation, reporting, and ad hoc executive requests</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; </span><span>Provide general administrative support across the organization</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Data &amp; Systems Management</strong></p><p><span>●&nbsp; </span><span>&nbsp;Manage calendars for senior leadership</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Perform regular audits of company data, files, contacts, and expiration dates</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Set calendar reminders for key deadlines and important milestones</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Assist in annual audits of company data and systems</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>File &amp; Information Management</strong></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Own organization and maintenance of Google Drive and internal file systems</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Manage filing of contracts and key company documents</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Support administration of internal systems and tools (including future system implementations)</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Assist in training team members on file organization and best practices</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination</strong></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Coordinate information and documentation across teams</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Support onboarding processes for external partners (vendors, customers, distributors)</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Assist with compliance-related documentation and reporting as needed</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Help ensure alignment and organization across projects and workflows</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Operations &amp; Logistics Support</strong></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Maintain operational lists and internal data records</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Support documentation related to logistics, production, and administrative workflows</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Assist with forms, applications, and internal tracking tools</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Project &amp; Task Management</strong></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Manage and track tasks using project management tools (e.g., Asana)</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Support research projects and special initiatives</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Assist in building and maintaining organizational systems and processes</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Extremely organized with strong attention to detail</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Able to manage multiple priorities across teams</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Proactive, self-starter with a “figure it out” mindset</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Strong communication and follow-through</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Highly proficient in Google Drive, spreadsheets, and data organization</span></p><p><span>●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus&nbsp;</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Bonus Points If You Have</strong></p><p><span>â
