Chief UI/UX Architect for AI-Driven Apps

Labhouse in Barcelona is seeking a UI/UX Director to set the design vision across our app portfolio. You will partner with the CEO and Head of Product to define standards, processes, and the craft level that differentiates our mobile products. You will build the design team, own the design system, guide end-to-end from concept to final pixels, and tie design choices to activation, retention, and store performance while exploring AI-native workflows.
