We’re always looking towards the future, anticipating changes in medical science and technology. **Commercial Training Manager Austria \& Switzerland (m/f/d)** This position is field based and works out **in the Diabetes Care division,** where we are helping people with diabetes manage their health with life\-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better\-informed decisions. **The Opportunity*** Development and implementation of the training strategy: Training of and/or development and organisation of trainings for the commercial organization in Austria and Switzerland on products, sales methodologies, treatment trends and studies in the therapeutic area of diabetology• Position reports to General Manager Austria \& Switzerland, Strategic Partnerships DACH for Abbott Diabetes Care **Accountabilities** • Responsible for the development and implementation of the training strategy of the Diabetes Care division within Austria and Switzerland • Alignment of the training strategy within the commercial leadership team as well as the EMEA training organization • Identification of training needs across the commercial organisation • Development of training curricula depending on training needs identified using state of the art adult training methodologies and systems • Organization of virtual as well as face to face trainings • Conducting training sessions, virtual as well as face to face, taking into account both knowledge levels and language capabilities of trainees • Conducting regular knowledge checks including implementation of feedback loops on the trainings delivered**Qualification:*** Proven track record in adult education wi
