Key Responsibilities * Support the day\-to\-day administration of investment funds, primarily hedge funds. * Liaise with external administrators, custodians, auditors, legal advisors, and other service providers. * Review and monitor NAV calculations prepared by third\-party administrators. * Coordinate subscription, redemption, and transfer processes. * Manage investor documentation, subscription agreements, and onboarding requirements. * Assist with fund launches and the setup of new fund structures. * Monitor fund cash movements and operational workflows. * Ensure timely completion of reporting, regulatory, and administrative requirements. * Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and controls. * Act as a key point of contact for fund\-related operational matters within the Geneva office. **Profile** Profile * Around 3 years of experience in fund administration, fund operations, middle office, or a similar role within asset management, a fund administrator, a hedge fund, or a family office. * Knowledge of Cayman fund structures and hedge fund operations is highly desirable. * Familiarity with NAV calculations, subscriptions/redemptions, transfers, and investor servicing. * Strong attention to detail and c
