Create weekly staff schedules optimized for expected guest volume while managing labor costs. Lead ongoing staff training on service standards, menu knowledge, POS systems, and upselling techniques. Conduct regular performance evaluations, address interpersonal conflicts, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary. Execute and ensure high standard service for guests, large parties, and special events, including festivals. Determines staffing needs.
