Finnish-speaking Customer Service / Sales Support for an exciting company in northwestern Skåne Would you like to work with strong brands and interesting products? Our client is a successful company with international operations that is now looking for a dedicated Customer Service / Sales Support who is fluent in English and French, Italian and/or Finnish. You’ll be part of a great customer service team where you’ll professionally help customers find the right solution, primarily via email and phone. You’ll work in customer service and consultative sales, guiding customers towards the right solutions in a sales-oriented manner. You’ll also handle after-sales matters and provide some technical support. The role requires good communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
