MILITARY SUPPORT SPECIALIST

GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: 1) Manage organizational manning structures, analyze Activity Manpower Documents (AMD), execute Billet Based Distribution (BBD), and resolve billet sequence and personnel assignment shortfalls; 2) Advanced knowledge of standard Command Pay and Personnel Administrator (CPPA) responsibilities with the ability to review, audit, and process military pay entitlements (BAH, FSA, sea pay, special pays), military transfers and separations/ reenlistments, and travel claims under the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and manuals; 3) Administer command-wide military evaluation systems under the Performance Evaluation System Manual (EVALMAN) and coordinating medical deployability/LIMDU tracking programs; 4) Extract, audit, and consolidate data using automated personnel and manpower systems
