- Packing and repacking products into cardboard export boxes;- Preparing creams in a 400-liter mixing tank according to established formulas;- Operating filling machines for tubes, wound care products, and FFP2 face masks;- Replenishing raw materials and production supplies;- Accurately completing production and quality documentation;- Identifying and resolving minor technical issues;- Setting up and changing over production lines;- Supporting warehouse operations when needed;- Working in accordance with CE, FDA, and cleanroom guidelines;- Contributing ideas for process improvements and preventing recurring technical issues.The company places a strong emphasis on independence. You will be trained to operate multiple machines and production stations independently as part of your development within the organization.- Holds at least a VAPRO A diploma or an equivalent qualification;- Speaks and writes either Dutch or English;- Has technical insight and can analyze and solve equipment malfunctions;- Works accurately, takes responsibility, and can work independently;- Feels comfortable in an environment where quality standards and procedures are important;- Brings discipline, energy, and a positive attitude to work.
