Join our Engineering Lab team and play a key role in advancing PCB assembly technologies and automation initiatives. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role * Lead and optimize PCB assembly processes using both manual SMD soldering and automated manufacturing equipment * Drive the setup, programming, and continuous improvement of SMT production workflows, including pick & place and reflow technologies * Perform PCB testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to ensure high quality standards * Design and review PCB layouts using industry-standard EDA tools * Develop and implement automation solutions to increase efficiency within the engineering lab * Create and maintain technical documentation and process standards Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A degree (Bachelor/Master) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field. * First experience in PCB assembly, electronics manufacturing, or laboratory engineering (as an advantage) * Strong knowledge of SMT processes, PCB design and simulation, and automated assembly technologies * Experience with PCB design tools such as
