Job Description Purpose of the Role -Lead and deploy the Manufacturing Excellence strategy—covering both process and people pillars within the Syngenta Production System (SPS)—to improve Formulation, Filling & Packing (FF&P) Manufacturing performance. Partner with FF&P manufacturing leaders to identify and build the capabilities required to drive transformation and optimize cost efficiency, innovation, quality, and production performance (processes, systems, and people). Ensure strong focus on execution, design, efficiency, and agility. Accountabilities -Implement SPS aligned to strategy: Deliver successful implementation of the Syngenta Production System in line with the Global FF&P Manufacturing strategy, balancing site/customer requirements with SPS standards to support performance across sites. -Deploy Manufacturing Excellence strategy: Translate business strategy into site Manufacturing Excellence roadmaps; build the capabilities needed to transform process, systems, and people, with focus on execution, design, efficiency, and agility. -Drive long-term production performance: Partner with site leaders to deliver long-term production plans that improve availability, capacity, reliability, and cost efficiency. -Deliver customer-focused outcomes: Collaborate with customers and site
