ABOUT ACE ACE, founded in 1977, is an international engineering group, with more than 200 people and with operations in Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland and Portugal. We combine engineering, consultancy, (prototype) machine building and product development, working with customers across a range of industrial sectors. Our different activities and entities require a finance organisation that works effectively across borders, with consistent processes, reporting and controls. Further harmonising Finance across the group is therefore an important step in the continued development of ACE. THE ROLE As Head of Finance, you will have overall financial responsibility for ACE in Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland and Portugal. You will define the financial processes, reporting principles and controls across the group and further align financial operations across the different countries. You will shape the financial architecture of the group on reporting, accounting, tax, budgeting, cashflow management and business performance analysis. You will take a hands-on approach, further embed the accounting processes within the ERP system and deliver timely and reliable financial visibility of the business to the Board and management of the group. As a member of the Management Team, you will bring financial insight to operational and strategic decision-making in support of the growth of the group.
