Executive Head Chef Location: Dublin, Ireland – Multi-Site Location Salary: €65,000 - €75,000 plus Sodexo benefits Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role Sodexo is looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Head Chef to lead the culinary vision and food offer across the Microsoft Ireland estate. This is a high-profile senior culinary leadership role, responsible for setting and continuously raising standards across food quality, innovation, presentation and service. You’ll work closely with the Account Manager, Executive Chef EMEA, Dining Manager and wider culinary teams to deliver an exceptional food experience for clients and consumers. You’ll be a visible culinary leader, developing talented teams, driving innovation and ensuring the food offer consistently delivers on quality, sustainability, wellness and commercial performance. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and deliver the Ireland culinary strategy in line with Sodexo and client priorities. Set and maintain high standards across food quality, presentation, hospitality and service. Lead menu development, culinary concepts, promotions, events and new food experiences. Provide visible leadership across multiple kitchens and service areas. Lead, coach and develop Head Chefs and wider culinary teams. Support recruitment, succession planning, retention and talent development. Champion food safety, HACCP, allergen management and hygiene standards. Manage food costs, labour productivity, stock, waste and overall culinary performance. Use data to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
