Etteplan is growing and we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join us. This is to drive growth within selected industrial equipment and machine manufacturer customers globally, including defense, energy, mining and autonomous vehicles as particular focus sectors. Your Role As a Senior Sales Manager, you will drive sales by discovering relevant customer needs, leading and developing opportunities, and building offers for existing and new accounts. You will focus on Finnish and international industrial equipment and machine manufacturers, helping them to advance their R&D in embedded SW, electronics and HW design services and solutions ranging from consulting to turn-key projects and continuous services. You will work together with our other sales managers, delivery teams and global organization consisting of service-minded professionals. Your responsibilities will include - Drive sales growth through value and solution-based sales approach, rooted on strong understanding of customers' business needs and objectives - Develop and execute customer sales plans to penetrate strategic accounts, engage multiple stakeholders, and leverage internal resources to drive sales - Acting
