Your Responsibilities • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for hotel and restaurant guests • Ensure consistency, presentation and quality in every service • Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal offerings • Follow HACCP procedures and maintain high hygiene standards • Assist with food preparation, ordering and kitchen organization • Work closely with colleagues in both the kitchen and front-of-house teams • Help create memorable dining experiences for our guests Who We Are Looking For • Previous experience as a chef, cook or culinary professional • Culinary certification (fagbrev) • Passion for food, quality ingredients and guest satisfaction • Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen e
