Management and Program Analyst (Workforce Management)

Experience: You qualify for the GS-12 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Developing and recommending improvements to workforce management policies, procedures, and processes to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Designing and implementing complex data analysis methods to assess workforce needs and recommend strategic solutions. Providing guidance to senior leadership on workforce planning, resource allocation, and program improvement initiatives. Managing the preparation and delivery of comprehensive reports and briefings on workforce management issues for executive decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve workforce challenges and drive continuous improvement in program operations.
