You are the day-to-day point of contact on the production floor, making sure the team knows what needs to be done. You keep a close eye on both the employees and the production process. Your main responsibilities will include: You lead and coach a team of approximately 15 employees within the manual packaging department. You organise the daily activities and ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently. During production, you monitor quality, food safety and hygiene . You keep track of production planning and staffing levels and make adjustments when necessary. You identify operational bottlenecks and look for ways to improve efficiency and productivity . You motivate employees, provide feedback and address issues when necessary. You contribute to strong teamwork and a positive working atmosphere. You support new colleagues during their onboarding and training. You work closely with other departments and report on daily operations. When the situation requires it, you are happy to roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team on the production floor. You keep a cool head when plans change and understand what your team needs to keep moving forward.
