You will lead site health, safety, and environmental management across construction and commissioning, working closely with local project leadership, subcontractors and ENKA’s headquarters HSE team in Istanbul. ***Required Knowledge and Qualifications*** * A degree or recognized professional diploma in occupational health and safety, engineering or a related field. * At least 10 years of construction HSE experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing HSE personnel and coordinating multiple subcontractors on a major project. * Experience in energization or commissioning while construction activities were still in progress. A clear understanding of the transition from construction to live systems is essential. * A working understanding of Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) construction risks, risk assessment, work permits and hazardous energy controls. * Proven ability to lead investigations, challenge unsafe practices constructively and secure corrective action from project teams and subcontractors under programme pressure * Professional working proficiency in English and Turkish, spoken and written.
