With more than 40 years of expertise, we are dedicated to delivering a unique beauty experience inspired by Japanese culture, leaving skin feeling as smooth as silk. \& Training Supervisor, Travel Retail EMEA ========================================== ### **Role Summary** We are looking for a sales\-oriented and high\-energy trainer/coach to join our team in Zürich. This role combines responsibility for boosting sales performance, coaching SENSAI advisors and Beauty Consultants (generic staff), and ensuring excellent retail execution, including visual merchandising and stock checks and advice. The main priority of this position is field sales supervision. Coaching/training and retail excellence are keys secondary responsibilities. Travels will be an important part of the position (60% to 70%) to meet our advisors on the field. ### **Key Responsibilities** **1\) supervision (Primary Focus)** * Support achievement of Travel Retail sales targets through structured follow\-up and on\-the\-floor coaching. * Monitor performance and execute improvement actions to increase sell out results. * Drive counter performance by coaching SENSAI advisors and Beauty Consultants on cross\-selling/link\-selling techniques, service standards, and customer engagement. **2\) Training, Coaching \& Knowledge Checks (Secondary Focus)** * Train our SENSAI advisors and Beauty Consultants (g
