What you'll do • Welcome guests and create memorable first impressions from check-in to check-out • Process guest check-ins and check-outs while handling reservations and payments • Assist guests with questions, requests, recommendations and local information • Handle guest communication via phone, email and in person • Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations • Jump into problem-solving and guest satisfaction initiatives • Support the Front Office team with daily operational tasks and reporting • Learn how to maximize guest experiences through upselling and personalized service • Champion the Moxy vibe and help create a fun, energetic atmosphere 🎉 • Collaborate closely with Front Office Crew Leaders and hotel teams • …and more depending on your curiosity, guts, and initiative!
