UTILITIES AND ENERGY MANAGEMENT (UEM) DIRECTOR

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Planning and programming infrastructure life-cycle management projects at an installation level. 2. Ability to establish and implement comprehensive utility and energy management programs, including project development, budget, energy conservation and consumption, etc. 3. Ability to plan, administer and evaluate future energy projects through development and construction. 4. Ability to problem solve complex technical issues to resolution.
