For our Breda branch, we are looking for an enthusiastic and confident colleague to ensure that our day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will oversee the hub, manage our couriers and ensure that the schedule and routes are properly organised every day. Responsibilities - Act as the central point of contact at the hub and work closely with Production, HR, Customer Service and other departments - Coordinating day-to-day operations at our hub in Breda - Monitoring and improving processes relating to quality, production, service and logistics - Managing, supervising and motivating the team of couriers - Ensuring the operation runs smoothly and making timely adjustments in the event of changes or bottlenecks Who are we looking for? - You are a confident and people-oriented manager who knows how to motivate staff - You keep a clear head in hectic situations and can adapt quickly - You are customer- and solution-focused and have a positive attitude - You have a practical mindset, take responsibility and spot opportunities to improve processes - You work meticulously, think ahead and roll up your sleeves when necessary - You are flexible with your working hours and willing to start at around 05:00 if operational requirements so dictate - You support Fruitful Office's vision and believe in a healthy lifestyle Requirements - HBO level of working and thinking, and at least 2 years' managerial experience - At least 1 year's experience in logistics planning and a good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel - Experience in planning and optimising rou...
