By partnering closely with the management team and empowering our operational leaders, you will turn global standards into effective local practices, drive continuous improvement and ensure a safe, compliant and reliable operation. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES*** Act as a close, trusted partner to the Station Manager and to central QHSE stakeholders in a matrix organisation, contributing to the strategic development and implementation of QHSE standards and objectives* Lead and develop a team of specialists in Compliance, Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Protection, fostering both professional growth and a strong team culture* Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the local QHSE Management System, promoting awareness, safe behaviours, accountability
