The hiring team will determine the final level and title of the role based on the skills, experience, and capabilities required for the level offered.### Main responsibilities* Develop and validate ligand\-binding and, depending on experience, cell\-based assays to support bioanalysis (pharmacokinetics, biomarkers, immunogenicity assessment) for preclinical and clinical studies. At the Associated Scientist level, support regulated sample analysis* Design, execute and interpret experiments and document work according to Celerion’s standards* Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during assay development and validation.* At the Scientist level, contribute to assay development strategies and implement new technologies* Maintain GxP compliance in accordance with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines (e.g. EMA, FDA, ICH)* Engage effectively with internal stakeholders. At the Scientist level, work closely with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular project updates.* Ensure timely delivery of projects### Our requirements* Laboratory technician diploma (Laborant:in EFZ, Biology/Chemistry) or BSc / MSc in Life
