For our client, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for two GMP Compliance Specialists to support deviation…QA Specialist \- Deviations, Change Control \& Quality SystemsJob description:For our client, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for two GMP Compliance Specialists to support deviation management, change control, documentation and risk assessments within a GMP\-regulated environmentAbout the customer:* **Location:** Bern, Switzerland* **Start Date:** 1 December 2026* **Duration:** Approx. 7 months* **Workload:** 100% (41 hours per week)* **Remote Work:** Possible* **Positions:** 2Requirements:* Investigate deviations and prepare deviation reports.* Create and coordinate change requests, ensuring timely follow\-up of required actions.* Create and update SOPs, procedures and work instructions.* Conduct risk assessments, including FMEA.Competences:* Degree in Life Sciences ( Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology) or several years of relevant professional experience.* Initial experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical or food industry within a GMP environment.* Experience in at least one of the following areas: deviation management, change control, SOP documentation or risk assessments.* Independent working style, quick learner and ability to adapt to new topics.* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to actively engage stakeholders.* **German at C2 level or equivalent (mandatory)** and good written and spoken English.j4id10461756jm j4it1044jm j4iy26jm
