You will oversee service competitiveness, revenue performance, and market positioning while identifying opportunities for new services and business growth.The role combines strategic thinking, commercial expertise, market understanding, and leadership influence. You will develop service value propositions, define commercial and pricing strategies, interpret regulatory requirements, and provide recommendations that influence business decisions at leadership level.You will also contribute as a recognised expert within your discipline, developing and promoting new concepts, methodologies, and approaches that support organisational growth and service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesService Strategy & Lifecycle Management Own and drive service lifecycle management, from development and market introduction to continuous improvement.
