Our client is an established international professional services organization. Jobomschrijving Map and document end-to-end processes across the different Business Services functions. Meet with key stakeholders to understand how processes are currently performed in practice. Document current-state ("as-is") processes, including responsibilities, systems, approvals and dependencies. Identify gaps, inconsistencies and opportunities to create clearer and more efficient ways of working. Develop practical future-state ("to-be") processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Create clear process documentation using tools such as Visio or PowerPoint. Ensure critical operational knowledge is properly captured and documented. Review and centralize existing supplier contracts, including ownership, expiry dates, renewal periods and key obligations. Review insurance arrangements and help identify potential gaps, overlaps or inconsistencies. Establish a practical approach for monitoring contract renewals, expiry dates and related actions. Collaborate with Procurement and Legal to ensure the appropriate contracts and governance are in place. Review and improve processes related to signing rights and delegated authorities. Take end-to-end ownership of deliverables and ensure the work progresses independently with limited day-to-day supervision. Demonstrated experience as a Business Process Consultant, Process Improvement Consultant, Business Operations Consultant or process-oriented Business Analyst. Strong hands-on experience with business process mapping and documentation. Able to conduct stakeholder interviews and translate complex information into clear and practical processes. Experience creating as-is/to-be process maps and SOPs. Previous exposure to contract management, supplier governance or operational governance is highly valuable.
