We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and service-minded individuals to join our team at Omami, Central Station, GothenburgAbout the RoleAs a Restaurant Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations while delivering an excellent guest experience.You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and other team members to maintain Omami's standards for food quality, cleanliness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities1. Restaurant Operations Support daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, order handling, and food service. Ensure food is prepared and served according to Omami's recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. Maintain efficient workflows to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Support stock replenishment, inventory checks, and proper food storage. 2. Guest Service & Communication Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Explain Omami's Asian Street Food concept, menu items, and available options to guests. Handle guest questions, feedback, and concerns professionally. Contribute to a positive and memorable dining experience. 3. Food Safety, Hygiene & Cleanliness Follow established food safety and hygiene procedures, including HACCP principles. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, food preparation areas, dining areas, and service coun
