REC ATTENDANT NF1*

¿ Six (6) months of customer service, recreation, food service, retail, cash handling, custodial, or related experience is preferred but not required. ¿ Ability to provide courteous, professional customer service and interact effectively with patrons of diverse backgrounds in a fast-paced environment. ¿ Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing. ¿ Ability to operate or learn to operate point-of-sale systems, cash registers, computers, and other office or recreation-related equipment. ¿ Basic math skills sufficient to accurately handle cash transactions, make change, and reconcile sales activities. ¿ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and comply with established policies, procedures, and safety standards. ¿ Ability to perform a variety of duties including customer service, ticket sales, concession operations, facility maintenance, custodial tasks, and event support. ¿ Ability to obtain and maintain any required food handling certifications
