To strengthen the commercial organization across Switzerland and Austria, we are looking for an experienced leader as **Commercial Lead, Alpine Region (Ref. 2825\)** **Zurich** In this broad leadership role, you will take commercial ownership of the portfolio across Switzerland and Austria, combining strategic brand leadership with hands\-on execution and people management. You will lead both field\-based and brand/marketing colleagues and collaborate closely with Medical, Market Access, Finance, Supply and other local, regional and global stakeholders. **Your main tasks*** Take overall commercial responsibility for the strategy, positioning and performance of assigned brands across Switzerland and Austria* Develop and implement Alpine brand and business plans, translating global and regional strategies into locally relevant activities* Lead, coach and develop field\-based and brand/marketing teams, creating a high\-performing and customer\-focused organization* Manage budgets, forecasts and resource allocation while continuously monitoring performance, market developments and commercial opportunities* Work closely with Medical, Market Access, Finance, Supply and other functions to ensure aligned decision\-making and effective execution* Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, external experts and other relevant stakeholders within specialized therapeutic areas* Support the further development of the commercial organization and build capabilities for future highly specialized products and launches, particularly within Specialty Care and r
