IT Support & System Engineer – Windows & Linux

Responsibilities Troubleshoot Windows and Linux systems through log analysis and system commands. Monitor system logs and manage incidents to ensure operational reliability. Coordinate incident responses and collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Support network systems, system integration, and service desk tooling. Execute technical scripts and perform analyses to drive continuous improvement. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation following ITIL guidelines. Requirements You hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or have equivalent professional experience. You have knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft Office . You bring basic experience with Linux systems and troubleshooting. You possess understanding of ITIL processes and service management. You have experience with networking, monitoring tools, and log data management. You're analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented. You are fluent in Dutch and English . Nice to Haves Knowledge of ServiceNow . Experience with Dynatrace monitoring. Familiarity with SharePoint .
