As our Training Manager, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training solutions for clients operating Waste\-to\-X (WtX), Renewable Gas (RG) and Power\-to\-X (PtX) plants, helping their teams operate and maintain our technologies safely and effectively.Your responsibilities* **Manage client training activities from start to finish**, ensuring that the agreed scope, schedule, quality standards and budget are met throughout the project.* **Develop tailored training concepts and materials**, including interactive learning systems, online content, graphics, animations and project\-specific terminology.* **Coordinate training delivery with all relevant stakeholders**, including clients, project teams, suppliers, commissioning and operations teams, technical specialists and translation providers.* **Deliver and supervise classroom, hands\-on training and online training** for shift team leaders, operators and maintenance personnel, including approximately three months of international site travel per year.* **Drive the continuous improvement of our training solutions** by enhancing training methods and software, supporting tender and budget preparation, developing internal Academy programes and sharing lessons learned across future projects.**Qualifications*** **Degree i
