What you’ll do at Thule As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and act as a hands-on partner from start to finish. This includes understanding the recruitment need, helping define the profile, setting up a clear process, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth journey through to offer and hire. A key part of the role is creating a positive and professional candidate experience. You will make sure candidates receive clear communication and timely feedback throughout the process, while keeping hiring managers informed and engaged at every stage. Sourcing will also be an important part of your work. You will identify and engage relevant candidates through different channels and approaches, building a strong understanding of the talent market and the profiles needed across Thule. Working closely with the TA Lead, you will also contribute to continuously improving our recruitment processes and ways of working. This could involve identifying opportunities to create more structure, improve the candidate experience, or make our recruitment processes more efficient and effective.
