You manage the colleagues in your team, identify issues, and address them in a timely manner. You also take the lead during changes, decision-making, and policy implementation, encouraging and motivating the team as needed. With your positive and solution-oriented attitude, you ensure your team gets the best out of themselves! Additionally, together with your colleagues, you are responsible for designing, setting up, maintaining, and optimizing high-quality and complex hosting and server solutions. To get the most out of every solution, your knowledge and drive are of great value to both Shock Media and its clients. You deal with a wide range of challenges daily and apply innovative and new technologies to them. In short: you actively participate as a team member and are also responsible for leading the team.
