Your focus will be on non-standard projects, managing the technical content from the early engagement phase through delivery.- Translate customer needs into optimal technical specifications and solutions- Participate in customer meetings and provide technical and cost-related support to sales- Create detailed specifications for non-standard marine projects- Coordinate engineering schedules and delivery timelines between the supply line and the customer- Ensure proposed technical solutions comply with marine codes, regulations, and safety standards- Analyze change requirements during project delivery and propose updated solution plans- Conduct occasional site visits to shipyards and vessels for hands-on technical coordination- Conduct site surveys onboard ships for modernization projectsWe are looking for- Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken- Experience using CAD tools such as AutoCAD or Vertex- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe and visit shipyard sites- Strong proactive attitude and excellent communication and prioritization skills- Understanding of and interest in modern
