Join Hykmann Global Business Solutions AB in exploring opportunities for an experienced Business Developer within industrial technology.About the RoleYou will combine technical understanding with commercial expertise to develop existing customer accounts, acquire new customers, and build long-term partnerships across industrial sectors, particularly agriculture, construction machinery, mining, and heavy material handling.Working closely with engineering, project management, and operations teams, you will translate customer needs into business opportunities involving hardware, software, and technology services.Key Responsibilities Develop strategic account plans and grow existing customer relationships. Identify, approach, and acquire new OEM customers and Tier 1 suppliers. Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and secure profitable agreements. Develop business cases, ROI calculations, paid pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations. Monitor market trends, customer roadmaps, and competitor activities. Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and account development plans. Represent the organisation at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events. Use AI tools to support account research, meeting preparation, and customer communication.Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or Key Account Management. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Experience managing complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders and closing deals. Understanding of embedded hardware and software, with the ability to communicate technical value in commercial terms. Fluency in English.Nice to Have Experience sellin
