You will lead our Swedish Advisory team within Mobility: the Key Account Managers who advise Sweden's largest car dealer groups, importers and OEMs on how to get the most value from Blocket (Vend). You will own the team's results, implement sales strategies and drive a group of experienced Key Account Managers to deliver great commercial outcomes, while leveraging our position as trusted advisors. You will also be part of the Nordic Advisory leadership group, shaping how we develop across Norway, Denmark and Sweden.Company? Industry experience and full value chain understanding: You have experience from the automotive industry or adjacent markets. You understand the full value chain and how the dots connect between OEMs, importers, dealers and consumers. You know how value is created within the industry and how decisions are made.
