Your Future Workplace This is a rare opportunity to lead a Nordic business area with full commercial responsibility, combining sales leadership, strategic influence and operational execution. Reporting directly to the Nordic Board, you will shape the area's direction, drive profitability and strengthen the company's market position across the Nordics. As Business Director – Recycling, you will have full budget and P&L responsibility for a business area generating approximately SEK 100 million in annual revenue. You will lead and support employees across the Nordic region while remaining actively involved in customer engagement, key accounts and business opportunities. The business area focuses on project sales, agency representation, tender processes, service operations and recycling solutions for industrial customers. With significant autonomy, influence and responsibility, you will play an important role in the continued success of the Nordic organization.
