Your role Key responsibilities in your new role * Lead technology development and innovation projects with decisive impact for Infineon in the field of Power MOSFETs with a focus on cost optimization and small signal products * Drive innovation from the device concept definition, process work-route creation and validation till mass production release * Take ownership of designing novel devices and process concepts, including cost estimations and decision matrices * Collaborate with diverse functions to plan, run and evaluate experiments in the clean room * Drive necessary reliability investigations and electrical characterization, application tests to validate the performance and the robustness of the product * Ensure process stability, quality, and optimize cost of the manufacturing route for the mass-production release * Lead technical teams with members in various functions in a multi-site environment profile Your profile Qualificat
